At Crossroads Hope Academy, our mission is to provide a safe and secure home where teen foster boys (12-17 years old) are encouraged to love themselves, have faith, and develop relationships to best prepare them for the future.
We believe that every young person deserves the chance to thrive—regardless of the hardships they've faced. Located in Charlotte County in beautiful Southwest Florida, our vision is that every youth feels loved, has hope for the future and becomes a contributing member of society.

We serve foster boys ages 12–17 in Charlotte County, Florida — because every young man deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the hardships he's faced.
Many of the boys who come to Crossroads Hope Academy have lived through more change, loss, and uncertainty than any child should have to carry. By the time they arrive, many have experienced multiple placements, disrupted schooling, strained relationships, and the feeling that adults may not stay.
At Crossroads, we see more than their challenges. We see young men with potential, courage, and the ability to grow when they are surrounded by safety, structure, patience, and consistent care. Our work begins with helping each boy feel seen, valued, and secure enough to begin trusting again.
Crossroads Hope Academy has a long history of serving at-risk youth in Southwest Florida. After decades of work with young people through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Crossroads transitioned in 2013 into a full-time foster-care program dedicated to teen boys.
Today, Crossroads operates two campuses in Charlotte County, Florida: the Davidson Campus on Bermont Road and the Nix Campus near downtown Punta Gorda. Together, these homes allow us to serve more boys who need stability, guidance, and a place where they can begin building a better future.
Crossroads provides a safe, structured, and supportive home for teen boys in foster care. Our program combines daily care, emotional support, education, life-skills development, mentoring, and therapeutic services designed around each boy's individual needs.
Our team helps boys build healthy relationships, strengthen social and independent-living skills, stay engaged in school, and prepare for the next step in life. We also work alongside families, caregivers, schools, agencies, volunteers, and community partners to create a stronger circle of support around every youth.
When a young person has experienced repeated instability, one safe and consistent environment can change the direction of his life. The boys at Crossroads are not statistics or problems to solve. They are sons, students, friends, and future adults who deserve the chance to heal and grow.
Investing in them today creates lasting impact: stronger families, healthier communities, and young men who know they are loved, capable, and not alone.
Individualized academic support that helps each boy move forward with confidence.
Mentorship, structure, and caring relationships that build trust, character, and resilience.
Life skills, vocational readiness, and future-focused guidance that help each young man prepare for adulthood with purpose.
